Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Are you a primary care physician (PCP)?
I’m a practicing NMD in the state of Idaho and an ND in the state of Oregon. In these respective states NMDs/NDs can act as primary care physicians, however, I am not a primary care provider.
The work I do is adjunctive care. I do, however, encourage my patients to have a PCP and I am happy to work with your provider to help ensure the quality care you deserve.
I provide a unique approach to healthcare, one that compliments many other methods.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance which allows me the opportunity to practice the way I want. That being said, I believe all should have access to healthcare. If you want to see me and financially you are struggling? Don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer a sliding scale for a small percentage of my practice in order to provide you this service.
How much does it cost to come see you?
My first patient visits are 75 minutes and cost $450.
Follow-up visits are priced at $200/ 30-minutes. Early on while working together, follow-ups often need an hour. Once you’ve become more established, follow-ups can easily become quick 30-minute check-ins.
